Front Desk/ Admin Assistant
Duties:
- Greeting clients and visitors and answering visitor inquiries;
- Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system; and scheduling, routing clients and
confirming appointments and reminder calls to client;
- Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents
- Collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages
- Heavy Calendar Managing.
- Maintains client files; organizes client files; convert paper
documents to electronic documents.
- Handle additional administrative duties such as client intake, HEAVY data entry, word processing and updating
spreadsheets
- Maintain Daily Task
- Do Light cleaning
Skills/Qualifications:
- Phone
Etiquette
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (95%
of our clients are Spanish speaking);
- Experience in Data Entry and
Calendar Management
- Multi-tasker and ability to adapt
to changes
- Work efficiently with limited
supervision;
- Prioritizing and Organizational
skills
- Reliable, Responsible and
Punctual skill;
- High Attention to Detail, Strong
work Ethic
- Work well under pressure and
meeting deadlines;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
- Ability to operate multi-line telephone systems and office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners,
copiers and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills

- Type 40 + WPM
- Prior work in field is a
plus
